CoolSculpting can be a good treatment for man boobs if what you have is "pseudogynecomastia" which means your man boobs are caused by fat alone. Most men have "true" gynecomastia" which is a combination of fat and breast tissue. CoolSculpting will not get rid of breast tissue and removal of just fat may make your man boobs look more prominent. Good luck.

Liposuction is the best procedure to remove male breasts. CoolSculpting is also an option, but should only be done in this area by experienced centers.  We actually performed a standardized clinical trial utilizing a special CoolSculpting applicator for the treatment of chest fat in men and the benefit was modest. Tumescent liposuction is perfectly safe. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will help you decide if you’re a good candidate for male breast reduction with liposuction.

CoolSculpting can be used to reduce fat in the breasts of men with gynecomastia (man boobs) and it is not harmful to your health.  Sometimes, more than one treatment session is needed to obtain the desired improvement.

cool sculpting can reduce man boobs - an exam is important because this fat can be more fibrous - a good physician can tell you if you are a good candidate - I do this but this is not an “on label” placement of cool sculpting
