Can CoolSculpting get rid of man boobs?

CoolSculpting can be a good treatment for man boobs if what you have is "pseudogynecomastia" which means your man boobs are caused by fat alone. Most men have "true" gynecomastia" which is a combination of fat and breast tissue. CoolSculpting will not get rid of breast tissue and removal of just fat may make your man boobs look more prominent. Good luck.

Liposuction is the best procedure to remove male breasts. CoolSculpting is also an option, but should only be done in this area by experienced centers.  We actually performed a standardized clinical trial utilizing a special CoolSculpting applicator for the treatment of chest fat in men and the benefit was modest.
