I am still a little swollen but for the most part my stomach just feels hard when I press on it. When can I expect the “firmness” of the treated area to go away?

This side effect make last up to 3-4 weeks but should be gradually returning to normal with every passing day. If you have any bruising in those areas, the swelling may persist a bit longer. These are all within the normal range of known side effects for Coolsculpting.
