It may take 6 to 12 months to see the results of your hair transplant procedure.  If you are concerned, it is best to follow up with your doctor.

From a graft growth standpoint it will get a little thicker.  At your age, however, the probability that you will need a subsequent surgery is very high.  Medication, laser therapy, Rogaine, and PRP my help prevent that, but I would plan on needing more as 2300 grafts is not a full head of hair.  The three main reasons that patients do second surgeries are 1. They just want to add density.  2.  They want to work on a new area.  3. They lose more hair with time.  

At 10 months you will be at about 70% growth, at 12 months you will be at roughly 90% growth. Remain patient and continue to follow your doctors post op care instructions.
