I was born with ptosis (horner syndrome) on the right eye. I had surgery done for this a long time ago (the eye with the hooded eyelid is the eye that's been corrected). Two years ago I suffered from eczema for a while (worsened by steroid creams) and I'm still recovering from this. The eyelid on my ''normal'' eye is very wrinkled (and not hooded, so very assymetrical). And how would you make my eyes as symmetrical as possible? Thank you.

Answer: Upper eyelid wrinkles due to eczema/steroid creams. Is there any way to get rid of the wrinkles? (photo)
You appears to have some type of growth there, and in my experience these are usually cysts. We remove them in our office for patients under local anesthesia in most cases. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. ...
Best to allow eyelid to heal for about 3 months after any eyelid procedure before evaluation eyelid ptosis. You may or may not ptosis surgery. See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.
I usually recommend using warm compresses on the eyelids twice a day to help decrease swelling. But it usually takes up 6 months for the healing to be complete. Don't worry.
