6 months post op and I’ve noticed irregularities - is my tip pinched? (Photos)

Changes in the nose overtime after rhinoplasty: immediately after rhinoplasty there is swelling and a thin layer of scar tissue under the skin .the scar tissue resolves gradually over the course of approximately a year. Therefore noses which sometimes appear fine with a little swelling may show small irregularities after several months as scar tissue resolves. I do not see anything terribly wrong with your nose but it may continue to change over the next several months. That is why we usually do not recommend revision until at least a year has passed. So there is nothing lost in waiting another four months to see you a surgeon, since nothing would be done until that time anyway. When looking at your nose, it is best to look at the total effect and not analyze it too closely or you are bound to find small irregularities that bother you. The total effect of your nose as another person sees it from a few feet away without dissecting it too closely is probably fine.
