Hi! I’m 6 months post op. At first my nose looked great, but I’ve noticed some irregularities developing and I’m a bit concerned. I sent my doctor some pictures about it, but he just said “it looks fine” (I moved to another country and I won’t see him in person for another 4 months or so) I feel like the profiles look pretty okay, but the front looks pinched, bumpy and irregular. Please let me know what you see and any recommendations are appreciated!

Answer: Changes in the nose overtime after rhinoplasty:
Hello there,Sculpting the bony part of your nose to create better symmetry is one of the many benefits of ultrasonic (piezo) surgery. For precise changes you should however only consult with a Rhinoplasty expert who has extensive experience with this technique.Hope this helps.
Facial x-rays may not be helpful for making a medical diagnosis. In general, strange smell, bleeding, green and sometime clear mucus, and slight facial pain are issues that may be diagnosed and managed by an ENT specialist during a consultation and examination. Your x-ray may show enlarged...
You have an excellent profile. It is not worth the risk to get minimal improvement. I would advise against rhinoplasty and/or chin implant revision.
