I've been having nasal / septum pain for 2 years, along with trouble breathing in the affected nostril, strange smell, bleeding, green and sometime clear mucus, slight facial pain. I got injured in Martial Arts, told my family doctor and had to wait a year to see an ENT. I was disappointed when he only took 5 minutes and didn't do an endoscopy. Tried to forget and decided to get invisalign. Dentists took panoramic x ray and wondered if this looks normal? Getting 2nd opinion soon.

Answer: Nasal panoramic x rays may not be helpful...but your turbinates appear a bit large.
You have an excellent profile. It is not worth the risk to get minimal improvement. I would advise against rhinoplasty and/or chin implant revision.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these images, it appears you have a dorsal hump, and the most effective and permanent method to treat it is with rhinoplasty. Your chin also appears slightly weak, and I think you can benefit from chin augmentation. I recommend an in-person...
A tip plasty would be a great procedure to reduce the bulbosity of your tip and allow it to match the rest of your nose. I believe you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty as well as to also straighten your nose, reduce the bump at your bridge, and make your nostrils more symmetrical....
