How to remove the fat on the corner of the mouth? (Photo)

The small mounds at the corner of your mouth it's probably not fat but rather skin folds.It may be challenging to remove these.  Options could include direct excision or adding volume around the mounds to camouflage using fillers. Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. It is best to answer your question during a face-to-face evaluation, when you can discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure, and you can have a physical examination to evaluate for that procedure. Preoperative visualization with Crisalix can simulate what your body will look like after surgery and can help you make your decision.
