How to remove the fat on the corner of the mouth? (Photo)

I have this fat around the corners of my mouth. It's so noticeable nowadays that I am against taking pictures. That ball like structure is lighter than my skin tone Which makes it more noticeable. What’s the best solution to it? I have picture that might be a help for you to understand what I meant to talk about.

Your photos are totally inadequate for an evaluation, I am assuming you are talking about your abdomen. However, attempting to gain some knowledge from the photos leaves me thinking that no kind of liposuction would be adequate. Your photos need to be in the standing position and with no cloths ...

Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. Based on your image, it appears to be bruising. Swelling and bruising is normal al one week post op. Keep following up closely with your surgeon.

Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. At 7 weeks it is still early to see your final results. Swelling may be present. I will suggest following up with your surgeon to rule out any fluid collection.

Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. However, with out any images, it is difficult to properly address your concerns. Keep I mind that it can take up to six months for all the swelling to subside.
