Would it be possible for me to get the vixen body without lipo on my thighs? (Photos)

Question

My thighs are pretty hefty and I love them just the way they are. I want my waist snatched so tight, my butt rounder with projection well proportioned to my thighs making it look as natural as possible. I have small arms sort of so getting fat from there is like squeezing blood from a turnip. Is it possible for me to get the vixen body I want without lipo on my thighs? Lipo on my waist tummy is my main focus areas.

Hi, thank you for your question. 
Based on your photos, you will certainly be able to achieve a flatter abdomen and waistline, but if your goal is to increase your buttock projection significantly, or get the flattest abdomen without excess skin, liposuction/fat transfer alone may not do the trick. 
It is difficult to say how much excess skin or fat you have based on your photos, so, I would recommend an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to help you determine the best option for you.

you have loose skin in numerous areas that will need specific tailoring along with internal heating and liposuction. 
You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.  Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring.  Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods.  The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring.  This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face.  Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra.  If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty).  Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting.  Dr. Emer.

Hello and thank you for your question.  I agree with you in that I recommend avoiding liposuction of your thighs.  However, your abdomen has too much skin laxity for liposuction alone.  Based on your photographs, you are a better candidate for a tummy tuck with flank and back liposuction.  This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

Based on your limited photos- you appear to be a candidate for a Tummy Tuck  with flank liposuction - it will give yo the tightest abdomen. Your body fat is inadequate to give you significant improvement if transferred to buttock area. I would  suggest Gluteal implants for permanent result.

SoBeat I appreciate your concern, and I agree that your thighs are shapely and fine. Fat taken from your tummy and flanks and lower back can certainly be transferred to your buttocks to improve projection and deflation. However the amount available is limited, and your results will most likely be fairly conservative.  Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, and tummy tuck, this is because all the extra skin located in this areas plus your abdominal muscle needs to be repaired. Because of your physique I might say that your look may not be vixen but all the fat extracted can be injected to your hips and buttocks.
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

I agree that your thighs have nice shape and contour, and I would not advocate liposuction to your thighs.  I think you would most benefit from liposuction of the back and flanks coupled with an abdominoplasty.  You seem to have too much laxity in the abdominal skin as well as abdominal musculature to expect liposuction alone to give the best possible results.  The key to contouring the waist is to perform liposuction the patient face down first.  You can consider fat grafting to the buttock using the fat that is harvested, and this may offer some limited contour improvement, but you don't likely have enough donor fat to make a substantial change.  Overall, I would expect an excellent result.  I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.  Best of luck!

Based on the information and photos you send us, you are a great candidate for a liposuction, with tuumy tuck  perhaps a fat transfer should be discuss as well, to reshape your body and give you more curves.
