My neck skin wrinkles up pretty severely when I turn my head or look up. When my head is straight it's fine, but the skin feels very weak and crinkles up very easily but pinching it. Would ultherapy help the loose skin around my jawline and neck areas, or do I need some sort of surgery.

Answer: Neck Lift Thank you for your questions. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. You seem to be an ideal candidate for non-invasive neck procedures. Best wishes,

Answer: Neck Wrinkles? Try Botox, Kybella, Neck Liposuction This is normal when you turn your head. You have a few options. Try Botox to soften your platysmal bands and chemical peels to improve the quality of your skin and, one hopes, restore a bit of elasticity. Kybella or neck liposuction may be good options for defining the chin and jawline. I hope this helps.
