Is it true that only 4 liters of fat can be removed during Lipo? Does that include the fluid that is removed also? If so, wouldn't it be smarter for a person to only have Lipo on one section of the body at a time? Is it a choice of a little taken out in a lot of places or a lot taken out in one place? Thank you.
