My BA is in a month and I'm freaking out now. My PS said I have very little breast tissue, bwd= 14, RC= 27, weight~ 118-120 lbs, height~ 5'9, and breast are symmetrical. I originally choose 350-375cc under the musclebut after reading so many post I was thinking about going up to 400cc under the muscle but I don't want to be too big and I feel like DD and Reg D will be way too big and a full C or small D would look perfect. However I have a really wide bwd! What should I do and what profile?
Answer: What size imblant with bwd 14 cm There are a variety of implants available that would fit that breast diameter. If you choose in the 375 cc implant you should end up around a D cup. However the breasts in the picture are DD breasts. If you want to see a of with 375 cc implants look at the example on my site and consider how much breast tissue you have compared to you because she has a similar height. I also have some excellent educational videos regarding breast aug.

Answer: Breast augmentation - Size and profile implant The best cosmetic result in any particular breast augmentation patient depends on a variety of factors, including: Your individual anatomy, realistic expectations, a thorough discussion with the plastic surgeon about the options, and an understanding of the pros and cons of any particular implant choice. Proper sizing is not just about the number of cc’s. The thickness of your tissue, breast dimensions which include the width, height, and projection, as well as chest wall width all need to be considered when choosing an implant. Trying on implant “sizers” of various shapes and volumes while wearing a tight t-shirt, bra, or bathing sit at a preoperative visit will help you and your surgeon choose the optimal implant. There are no manufacturers' standards for cup sizing in the bra industry. The cups of a 32 D and a 38 D are significantly different. Cup size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and even within styles from any particular manufacturer. There is also no direct correlation between an implant size or shape and resultant cup size. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest that your plastic surgeon be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Talk with your doctor please The pics you show are a DD and are no way a C cup. The pictures you like and what you say you want are not on the same page so I would imagine that your doctor is going with his or her best judgement. I would think a 400 - 425cc moderate plus silicone would be about right. Good Luck!

Answer: Breast Augmentation In my opinion, 3D imaging helps narrow down the choice between implant sizes. With 3D imaging you can view the difference between 350 and 400 from different angles.

Answer: Choosing Breast Implants This question is best discussed and figured out during a consultation with a plastic surgeon. We cannot give you specific recommendations based on dimensions alone. Most of the time, patient's that end up going with the larger size are happier but it all depends on what you are looking for. I encourage you to seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss all your options and which one works best for you. Good luck! #PlasticSurgery #BreastAug #Implants #choosingimplants #surgeryprep
