Hello doctors! I have lots of questions. I've been researching for a long time and I'm finally ready to get breast and butt aug. I'm willing to travel to Miami or Atlanta. I'm currently in Texas so the Dallas or Houston areas are fine too. I'm looking to get this done during the winter, sometime around December or January I'm a thin woman, 22 y/o but curvy for a thin woman. If that makes any sense. I'm skinny but I have booty.. No boobs unfortunately lol. I'm an A.

They are fifth generation silicone breast implants, which are reliable and durable, and for the small chested patient who wants a natural shape may have some advantages, though they are expensive and require a larger incision. Choosing between shaped versus round implants can be decided upon in consultation. Widening the hips without a buttock augmentation can be performed with liposuction around the waist which can give the effect, and/or supplemental fat grafting in that area. All of these procedures can be performed during the same operation.

Answer: Breast implants and butt augmentation Hi,I prefer silicone gel implants behind the muscle for all my breast augmentations as the muscle provides support and helps keep the implant in place longer. The "look" you are going for is reasonable. However, without an idea of what your buttocks look like and the fact that you are slender makes me question if you are a suitable patient for fat transfer. You may need an implant to achieve your desired 'look' in the derierre area. I recommend Dr. Mendietta in Miami for the best possible result for your lower half. Consider having the procedures done in stages. They can be done simultaneously, but it can be a rough/uncomfortable recovery.Best wishes,Gary Horndeski M.D.

They last longer, are more natural, and are covered by a good warranty.You could probably have the buttock area enlarged too, but this is going to depend on how much fat you have available to use and where that fat is located.Seek the opinions of a few board-certified plastic surgeons, as an exam is essential to see if your goals can be met !Best WishesDr LoMonaco

I have no doubt that you can have breast augmentation but the size would need to be determined in person. The buttock augmentation is much more difficult without seeing your original pictures. You may not have enough fat excess to allow for the retrieval from one site to augment another. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area who is an ASAPS member to help you with this.
