Numbness is caused by stretching and cutting of the nerves. This has already occurred. It is normal to some extent with breast augmentation. Placing the implant under the muscle would almost certainly not help your numbness and would increase the chance of having more numbness.

This may be reduced in appearance with additional treatment, such as steroid injections. Please see your surgeon to discuss scar removal.

Your nipples are located below your breast fold, therefore to improve fullness in the upper pole a breast lift would be recommended. Without a lift, the implants would sit low on your chest and you wouldn’t have any upper pole fullness.
