Wanting more volume at the top - what size should I go with? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you have breast asymmetry, with low lying breasts. You would do best with an augmentation combined with a breast lift. This is a plus/minus operation, by adding an implant to give you superior pole fullness and removing some of the ptotic or sagging breast tissue inferiorly. I believe the "assistant" was right in trying 325cc sizer. Remember, you will need some breast tissue removed, so the final enhancement might be 225-255 cc (this is slightly over one cup size volume for you). Seek another in person opinion to have peace of mind. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. I have been in practice for over 30 years and breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. I have performed surgery on thousands of cases similar to yours wanting to be smaller with more upper pole fullness. I have developed with a technique termed "reductive augmentation" which I published in 2017. It involves perform a breast augmentation, removal of inferior pole breast tissue, and a mastopexy/lift. In your case, it is important to remove more tissue on the larger breast so you can use the same size and shape implant in both breasts. You should be able to have an excellent result. Thank you for the question. It is almost impossible to tell without in-person examination. My advice is to visit with many surgeons and go with the recommendations of the one you trust the most. Using sizers in the OR would be a good option for you as your skin has stretched.

Based on your posted photo, I am concerned that a breast lift wasn’t offered or did you refuse to have a breast lift? Best of virtual concert with as for filling the upper pole you need a larger implant than even a 325 I would think more of a three 5375 cc? Again best of virtual concert with for discussion on why no breast lift also?
