Your nipples are located below your breast fold, therefore to improve fullness in the upper pole a breast lift would be recommended. Without a lift, the implants would sit low on your chest and you wouldn’t have any upper pole fullness.

Thanks for your question! I would really like to see your "before" photo to see if asymmetry was present then as well. Your inframammary folds appear even but perhaps implant placement might be distorting the nipple position. I would suggest an in-person evaluation.
