Can I get any improvement from a revision rhinoplasty?

I thought my nose was a little too wide from the front so I had a rhinoplasty going on almost 2 years ago. Op report says I had a columella strut placed, cephalic trim, dome sutures, and lateral crural underlay grafts. I think my nose looks a little short and stubby now especially my nostrils as they were reduced based on my surgeons suggestion. Can I get more nostril length back, more tip projection/length, and a more defined look?

Your nose still looks wide on fro t view and narrowing the nose which must include properly done osteotomies should improve the entire nose.  Other issues you discuss such as tip projection are best evaluated in person and with an imaging program to educate you what is possible and realistic.

Revision rhinoplasty surgeries are always harder than the primary rhinoplasty surgeries, so that yor surgeon should be experienced and skilled enough to handle this surgery. 
The point you need to be careful while looking for the best surgeon is the time between the before and after photos of your surgeon. The after pictures should be at least 1 years after the operation and you need to be sure that you see too many after photos that are at least 3 years after the operation. I see room for improvement. The entire nose is a bit wide and the tip is wide and not well-defined. Projection is tough to judge based on the photos you posted. I suspect that your tip was deprojected as nostril reduction is rarely performed in a caucasian primary rhinoplasty without deprojecting the tip. Since you had several cartilage grafts placed during your primary rhinoplasty you likely do not have enough septal cartilage remaining to harvest for additional grafts for your revision. This means you will likely require cartilage grafts from your ear or rib. You should consult with a few revision rhinoplasty experts to see what is possible for your nose. Best of luck.
