I had a standard rhinoplasty in 2017, I then had a revision in 2018, both by the same surgeon. I have been told by another surgeon that, "There is clear disproportion between the somewhat wide tip and the bridge line. The bridge line is not straight and is asymmetric. The lobule of the nose (the area below the tip in between the nostrils) is prominent and it hangs down." Do you agree with these comments? Am I a suitable candidate for a 3rd rhinoplasty? I have attached photos for reference.

Yes, you can, but be cautious as with another surgery with implant inside the nose , you might have a higher chance of having postoperative infection. Be sure to choose an experienced surgeon and would be better to be under prophylactic antibiotic coverage postoperatively. Goodluck !
