I am Southeast Asian. I had rhinoplasty 15 years ago and Goretex was used. Due to time and braces, my facial profile changed. My nose tip is now too upward (like "the Grinch" ) and the alar part of my nose widened because of weight gain. I want to have a revision to make it conform. to the rest of my face but is it wise to have my existing Gore-Tex implant removed or is it better to just adjust the tip. Philtrum also became longer. doesn't look good.
