I went through with my revision and hate the outcome. I would give anything for my old nose back even though I had alar retraction. My new nose is sooo long and pointy and hanging. I miss my cartilage tip. The doctor lengthened, narrowed, projected and derotated it. Would it be a huge problem to have it shortened again, rotate tip and make my tip more cartilaginous? I basically want my old nose back, just with no retracted alar. I don't know anyone who will work on me since it will be my 5th.
