Is it possible for the breaking of the nasal bones during a rhinoplasty to cause trauma to the brain?

Hi all, I have had two rhinoplasties, the second was to move my bridge bones closer together, but they are still too far apart. I have been debating a third surgery to attempt to fix this once and for all, but I recently had an EEG that showed brain wave abnormalities consistent with epilepsy. My doctor said there is no reason for this. Could the force from breaking my nasal bones have caused brain damage? I'm apprehensive about a third surgery because of this. Thanks in advance for any advice!
