I was told by the doctor that I'm thinking of going to to research which profile implant I'd be interested in- and I'm really not sure. I have some sagging and very little breast tissue, and I want to get a perky but natural look that is full but not noticeably big and unnatural. I have included photos of my breasts as well as some ideal results- what type of implant would create the closest result to my ideal image examples? Also, what number cc would I most likely need to get?
Answer: High or low profile implant? Some sagging and very little breast tissue. Thank you for your email. Congratulations on your decision to have breast augmentation. You have very nice breast anatomy and should achieve a beautiful result with breast augmentation. For the most natural look I would suggest a moderate plus profile breast implant which we will fill your breast but also give you cleavage and side boob. To learn more please read below:

CONTACT NOW Answer: Choosing implants Cup sizes are not standard across bra makers, and implant sizing is NOT based on height, weight, BMI, or desired cup size. This is something you will need to do IN PERSON with an experienced surgeon to determine what works well for you, and to get advice about if what you like is possible and what to expect with regards to results. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Answer: High or low profile? Thank you for your question! I definitely wouldn't recommend a low profile implant to achieve your goals. You appear to have a relatively narrow base width so I would recommend a moderate or high profile implant to achieve your goals. The only way to really determine how many cc's you need to get the look you're hoping for is by doing an in-person consultation and trying on implants. That will definitely allow you to see a more realistic image of what you can achieve. Good luck!

Answer: High or low profile implant? Some sagging and very little breast tissue. From your pictures, you look to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. Based on your pictures and desired results, I would recommend that you look at a medium profile implant. A high profile might give you too much upper pole roundness and a low profile implant of sufficient volume will probably be too wide for your chest dimensions. Obviously, you would need an in person consultation to establish your measurements to determine the best choice. In addition, to profile, You should also look at the different options for implant gel thickness. You may want to consider a more cohesive or thicker gel to decrease the chance of implant palpability and wrinkling since you are so thin.

Answer: High or low profile implants Questions regarding which size, shape, and type of implants to use are best answered in consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person, listen to what you area trying to accomplish, and then review your options with you. While you describe yourself as "sagging," it does not appear from your picture that you are sagging enough to warrant a breast lift procedure. I believe that you can get a nice result from implants alone. I think a moderate plus implant placed under the muscle would give you a very nice result, again, based on your picture. As to what volume to use, that is where I would need to see you in person. Pictures are nice and helpful, but never as good as an in-person consultation.
