I have had a breast reduction/anchor scar with implant removal in 2006. I will be 50 in a few months and am wondering about having implants again as I have since had a loss of weight and breast sag. I am currently a 36D cup with a very large ribcage so my previous implant size was DD. My scars aren't terrible from the lift but they are visible. The vertical scars are a bit wide and still quite pink but the lateral under boob scars are very well healed.

Thank you for sharing your question. In most cases I have patients start scar creams once the bandages covering their incisions from surgery fall off - typically at two weeks. Hope this helps.
