I have an odor coming from my breasts, is this normal?

3 months after, breast Explant surgery- 375 cc Saline. capsule not removed. current breast size 32 C and my weight 123 pounds. Is it possible the breast sweat glands could be effected ? and producing an odor during cardio workouts ? odor is almost like an armpit smell, but coming from the breasts. Is this normal or ? I also noticed after explant surgery i lost a couple pounds, is this normal ?

There are various causes of odors under breasts. The first step would be to identify the exact cause. It may be an accumulation of moisture as you notice it during your workouts.  But it could be from an infection, or other medical or skin problem. Thank you for your question. Is the odor coming from the nipple or the breast itself, or perhaps from the incision? Until you find the source of the odor, it is going to be hard to figure out the cause. However, I would not classify this as normal and I would encourage you to see your surgeon or your regular doctor to be evaluated.Best of luck!

The most important thing to do is to see you surgeon to make sure there is no sign of infection, and if there is no infection then you can feel comfortable that the smell will soon go away.
