There is nothing that will make a noticeable difference in that skin overhang short of having it surgically removed. While devices like Bodytite and Renuvion are effective, they can only produce mild to moderate skin retraction.
Thank you for your question. You have skin laxity and excess tissue in the lower abdomen; a mini tummy tuck would be the most effective way to remove the extra skin and achieve a flatter contour. This procedure specifically targets the area below the belly button, offering a shorter scar and faster recovery compared to a full tummy tuck. It can also be combined with liposuction for better definition. While non-surgical options like Laser Lipo or Renuvion might provide some skin tightening and help reduce the overhang’s appearance, they usually deliver more subtle results and might not fully address the laxity. You should have a consultation with a board-certified surgeon to get a full examination and determine whether this laxity can improve with Laser Lipo or Renuvion, or if the mini tummy tuck is your best option.
Thoughtful , thank you for sharing your photos. I can see you have some skin laxity and a lower abdominal roll. In my experience, Liposuction with Renuvion can improve the skin laxity and the roll significantly. It will probably not completely remove the roll, but in some case it can. In most cases you will still have little roll, but in a minority of cases like yours it can be eliminated.
Hi thank you for sharing your presentation and concerns. Each patient is unique with significant differences to another patient. Although the photos are of low resolution and hard to visualise, it may appear that there is excess skin in the lower abdomen. There are limitations and clear indications for all aesthetic procedures including energy based liposuction. At times, the use of certain modalities may make the appearance of excess skin more prominent. This may not meet your satisfaction. It is best to get a quality consultation from a qualified medical practitioner trained in aesthetic medicine and surgery.Whilst you may not be keen in tummy tuck surgery for valid reasons, it is important to look into all your options including the variations of tummy tuck surgery. Mini -Abdominoplasty may address lower abdominal excess skin. Again, please consult a specialist in cosmetic surgery and medicine. Unfortunately your tummy overhang will not respond to lipo and Renuvion. A mini tummy tuck would be your best option.
Based on the nicely post of photos, you can try liposuction with plasma, end delays, body tight in a few sessions, but most likely the best result could be from me mini tummy tuck with Jay plasma and liposuction versus a full tummy tuck. Best virtual consult with for better explanation expect fees to range from $5000-$12,000. Again, best of virtual consult with.
How was the first person to have begun using Renuvion in 2015 when the procedure was still an experimental one. I have since performed the procedure in thousands of patients and I can tell you with 100% certainty that you will not get rid of your overhang with such a procedure. Nor will any other tissue tightening devices help you in any way, shape or form. As much as you probably don’t like to hear it, but a tummy talk is the only way to help you. I am sure your belly looks considerably worse when you bend at the waist. I know this is not the answer you wanted to hear, but that’s the truth. I hope this helps and good luck from Leonard Grossman, M.D. organic Plastic Surgery NYC
Procedures should be chosen, based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem or ideology is.In your case, most of the issue is skin laxity so a skin procedure is going to serve you best.I think you’ll be left disappointed with anything other than surgical resection of excess skin. You will not see enough results from laser Liposuction or Renuvion to say the procedure was successful. You may want to consider a mini tummy tuck if full tummy tuck seems like too much surgery.Liposuction will reduce the subcutaneous fat, but it really isn’t going to give you a skin tightening regardless of what type or what secondary treatment is added. Any provider who claims they can tighten your skin without surgically resecting excess skin should show you a healthy collection of before, and after pictures(at least 10 previous patients) of previous patients had the same degree of skin laxity. No one wants to have a tummy tuck, but some are willing to have the procedure in order to have a tight flat abdomen.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
This is likely due to technical issues with the liposuction that was performed. The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps consider liposhifting with an experienced liposuction surgeon, though even that may be difficult to perform if you have a lot of scar tissue.
Thank you for your question. Smartlipo and Trusculpt are two options to reduce fat in arms. Smartlipo is a minimally invasive procedure where you melt the fat and tighten the skin with a laser then the melted fat is suctioned out. Trusculpt is non-invasive and targets up to an inch of fat...
You would likely require a fair amount of liposuction, and possibly skin tightening with renuvion or bodytite
