I workout everyday with weights, overall i am thin, but my arms remain lose. I got liposuction about 5 years ago but it seems that they went back to being lose. What are the new treatments? I do not want a lift as I don;t want the scar. I want them to be tight. 5 ft woman, latina, 125 lbs.

Answer: Have you considered Minibrachioplasty? If purely excess skin at this point you may want to consider Vaser lipo revision with minibrachioplasty where the excess skin you're pulling on would get resected via a discrete armpit scar as opposed to traditional longitudinal scar.

Answer: Micro Liposuction with Morpheus/Quantum can fix arms easily. Getting more lipo with the micro canulas will tighten up the skin nicely but if you add Quantum/Morpheus at the same time then the skin tightens a lot more and looks amazing. The new arm tucks are also great since the hidden incision is hidden in the arm pits and really gives a tight arm without any visible scarring. I always do quantum/bodytite/morpheus with all our lipos and the results are amazing.
