Will tightening the pockets help the implants sit higher and straight, like they always did? This is my 3rd revision. Was the capsulorrhaphy removed? I like the implant size 790cc XP. But this time there is nothing to hold the implant straight or up inside the pocket. Left is placed lower than thr right too. When I had 700cc the doctor had them placed too high, but at least there was support and no rippling. I do not want to switch implant. These are lower than even when I had enlarged pockets.
