I went in for a breast lift with implant exchange. I provided a wish photo that I was led to believe was achievable. My results are disastrous. I understand the squareness may round out, but the side tissue, which she first called breast tissue, then changed to say it was chest wall tissue, she said won't change and blamed me for not telling her I wanted my chest wall taken care of. To me it's breast tissue because it's on the side of my breast. Can someone please tell me if this can be fixed?

I perform over 200 XL augmentations a year, more than any other surgeon in the U.S. Unfortunately without seeing your topless pic I can't really comment on what will fit and whether or not this will allow you to achieve your goals.
You are not "botched", but are challenging I am sure. I would leave the higher breast alone and consider tightening the lower pocket of the lower breast only.
