Can someone please tell me if this nightmare be fixed?

You certainly don't look anything like your goal photo- and it will take a lot to get you there- first you need a dramatic reduction, including extending the scar laterally under your arms to get rid of all of that extra tissue. Then 6 months later I would come back and perform the Original Internal Bra and place overfilled saline implants. That is the solution that will get you closest to your goal photo.
