What now after botched and 2 revisions?

For all you have been through, your results are really quite good except for the flipped implant. One thing to consider is that higher profile implants are more spherical, which could make it easier for them to flip and rotate. Because moderate profile implants are wider and less projected, they could be less likely to flip but this may mean going smaller. I think pocket revisions alone are less likely to be successful.

Your surgeon hasn't done a bad job, but how many times is it going to take for them to get it right?

You are not "botched", but are challenging I am sure. I would leave the higher breast alone and consider tightening the lower pocket of the lower breast only.
