Waterfall deformity.Would a larger implant improve this? (Photos)

Yes you are entirely correct- if your PS performs a capsulotomy of the lower pole and swap out your implants for larger then you should be able to achieve a nice correction without a bunch of additional cutting!

Larger implants may cause further descent of your breasts. You stated you do not want more cutting but more cutting is required for placement of implants. Another alternative for you to consider would be a mini lift to reposition your nipple-areola complex slightly higher. This involves minimal incisions and should heal well.

It is difficult to suspend breast tissue in front of an implant, which is the basic cause of waterfall deformity. An internal bra under the skin using Galaflex can help. A larger implant might help especially if more projected rather than wider but will add weight, and doesn't really address the underlying issue.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed.
