What would you recommend I get, FFS or multiple surgeries? (photos)

I have several features that I would like altered to be more feminine. how would I go about consulting? should I have everything done or take it one feature at a time in case i don't like it? as you can imagine this is a bit scary for me but I've never been happy with my 'unique' features. Also would it be better to get ffs or some kind of package?

Facial feminization surgery for a more attractive and feminine appearance.  I have done this surgery I'm transgender and non-transgender patients for 40 years. The procedures that would benefit you the most are 1.  Hairline forehead lift with hairline lowering and removal of excess brow bone done with the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision which we developed. The hair  growing through the incision makes the scar almost invisible. 2.  A rhinoplasty to straighten your nose, refine your tip, remove the hump, and cartilage graphs to the mid knows, etc. 3. Chin  reduction and contouring. 4.  Cheek implants.  These can be done together or done separately depending on what you would like to do. Normally my patients prefer doing all of these as well as other surgeries at one time since they save money and have only one recovery.  Examples of the results of the surgery can be seen on my website as well as others.

Those are the procedures that may give you the biggest benefit.  It's possible a lip lift could also be nice but it's hard to tell from your photographs.FFS is not the same as other plastic surgery and there is a lot of judgement that must be learned.Watch some of my videos for additional information.

Hi Waltz.  Thank you for your question and photos.  FFS is a combination of surgeries used to soften male features to create a more feminine face.  Some patients with undergo several procedures as part of their FFS while others with just do one or 2 procedures which are the most important.  What is right and suitable for you will depend on your goals, health and budget.  From you photos you are a very good candidate for hairline lowering, brow contouring, rhinoplasty and jaw shaping.  These are key features which are commonly performed together to achieve your feminine appearance.  Are you taking oestrogens?  These will help to soften your features.  Hope that this is helpful. Facial feminization surgery is not one procedure, it is a combination of procedures to make adjustments to various parts of the face to make it appear more feminine. You can do all these procedures at the same time or only choose some. We usually advise you as to the most important procedures and rank them by effectiveness so you can make an informed decision. It is possible to have all Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) at the same time and done very safely.    There are typically, two groups of my FFS patients.  One group want all surgeries to be done at one time so they can immediately complete their facial feminization transition.  The other group prefers to take it in steps and focus on different segments of the face.  If done separately, most elect to do the forehead, brow, nose and then schedule the lower face and jaw at another time.  
It depends on your individual preference.  Having all FFS procedures at one time tend to be cheaper overall as the additional cost for Operating Room and Anesthesia is less because you are not paying for 2 separate surgery days.
