Alyssa,You already have several desirable features, like high cheekbones. There are a few surgeries that could make your face much more feminine. I think the most important surgery would be forehead surgery to reduce your brow bone, round your hairline, and lift your eyebrows. Next I would recommend adding volume to the front of your cheeks to match the excellent structure that you have on the sides. It is hard to see in the photos, but if you have a prominent adam's apple you could have that reduced as well. I think that those would be the most gender confirming procedures, but there are several others with a smaller gender component. A rhinoplasty to refine the tip of your nose and a chin implant would be very attractive. You could also consider adding volume to your upper lip and possibly the lip lift. Good luck on your journey.Bryan Rolfes, MD
Thank you for the question and photos. Overall, you are at a good starting point. FFS can help refine some of the features to add more femininity to the face. Brow reduction procedure can be helpful to feminize the forehead area, and lift the brows. A rhinoplasty to refine the bridge and tip of the nose can address the midface. Volume in the lips, if done carefully, can look attractive as well, it can be combined with a liplift, depending on upper tooth show. Best wishes.
Hi Alyssa. Thank you for your question and photos. Firstly, you are attractive as you are! FFS aims to soften any "male" features you are conscious about so that you look more feminine. What is suitable and possible for you can only be determined following a full consultation with XRays and or CT scans. I also recommend virtual FFS so that you can understand what impact any changes will have on your features. From your photos it may be that improving your brow( brow contouring), nose (rhinoplasty - refining) and upperlip ( lift) will remove the "maleness" of these features. Hope that this is helpful. Good luck.
I think that a hairline advancement with hair transplantation and brow reduction would give the best results. I caution you about bone cement. It can cause a lot of problems.Let us know if you have any other questions!
Facial feminization surgery to adjust the jaw can loosen the skin in some people. Your chin looks a bit wide in the photo so it's hard to tell how much was taken off or when the surgery was. You may benefit from a facelift, laser, or other procedures. Additional photos will help.
Oronoalex,I think a lip lift is the answer for you. Considering faces from a gender perspective is something I have pioneered, and that may be the key for you. It's a quick procedure and very effective. Please see a number of my videos.
