As long as you are healthy physically and psychologically, as well as have realistic expectations, then there is no limit.
You can have more than one surgery on the upper eyelids if there is sufficient skin to remove. If you start at a young age, you may need to repeat the surgery once or twice as you age. The mistake is to take off skin when there is not enough skin in the upper eyelid. This can create issues with dryness and inability to close the eye. Sometimes the skin is just crepey and a laser would be more appropriate. And often it is the brow which is low but makes the eye area look heavy.
It is possible to need a revision bleph especially as people age. The important consideration is being sure this isn't brow ptosis or true eyelid ptosis, both of which would be treated in other ways.
This would depend on the amount of available skin. Each surgery would remove some skin of the upper eyelid and enough skin must be left for eyelid closure. Whether a patient could undergo several upper blepharoplasties would need to be decided on a case by case basis, after a detail physical exam.
When performing revision blepharoplasty, the surgeon needs to assess a number of anatomical factors including the amount of skin available for lid closure. It is possible to have more than a couple of blephroplasty if it is done for a few specific indications. Thjis would be done in order to optimie the appearance or functin of upper eyuelids. Only and experienced and skilled surgeon typically would attempt this type of surgery.
Most patients would rarely ever require more than 2 procedures in their lifetime. It depends on how much skin and fat is removed from the upper eyelids along with the aging process and genetics. For many examples of upper blepharoplasty, please see the link and the video below
Hello:Most people will only need one (and very rarely two) upper lid blepharoplasties. Some patients develop brow ptosis that can appear as upper lid hooding, but the treatment is to raise the brow (not to repeat the upper lid blepharoplasty). All this can be assessed at the time of consultation with an experienced surgeon. Best wishes for a successful result.
The answer depends on how much skin is available. If the first surgery took very little skin, you may have skin available for a revision. Many times, it is not necessarily your eye lid...but your eye brow that is low. See a surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics to be sure your are addressing the correct problem! This correction would be different from a eye lid correction.
You have two issues here. One is the ptosis of the left upper eyelid. It is possible that it was lower than the right side pre-op but the additional swelling from the lower lid surgery has made it fall. This will improve as the swelling improves. The left lower lid...

Fat below the eyelids is contained in two compartments in the upper eyelid, and three compartments in the lower eyelid. After ruling out a history of allergies, or medical conditions that can lead to swelling around the eye then it's possible to proceed with cosmetic eyelid surgery.Excess fat...
