I am a bit insecure about my side profile. I am curious if there are any procedures (surgical or non) that could define my neckline in profile

The deep plane approach to neck contouring through an access under the chin allows for reduction of the volume which in your case is essentially concentrated under the platysma muscles. The volume excess is made of central deep seated fatty tissue, lateral to which is the volume of the digastric muscles and lateral to which is the volume of the lower part of the submandibular glands.
They can be addressed through an incision un her the chin and complemented through a small amount of liposuction done of the jawline. The net effect tends to be a change in the girth of the neck, increased definition of the jawline and the impression that the chin has become stronger. There is no need for any skin tightening as there is no skin excess.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Liposuction can accomplish some improvement of your jawline, but if you're looking to get the results in the after photo, you're going to need a neck lift procedure to remove any fat deposits below the platysma muscle, in addition to a platysma plasty to significantly improve your jawline
