Loose eyelid skin after chalazion (Photo)

Hi! I'm 29. One month ago I had a chalazion in my upper eyelid. It's almost gone by itself (I can't see the bump anymore, I just can feel a little one). But I realize that my eye shape has changed because now I have some loose skin in the inner corner of my eye (if I pull the loose skin a little, my eye shape goes back to "normal"). My question is if my eyelid can still go back to its shape and if the loose skin can also recover by itself. Is there any product I can use?
