I am a female in my late 30s. I am so disheartened by the results from my lower blepharoplasty. I am very confused as to why my surgeon made the decision to remove fat from my lower lid. I probably only needed skin removed to rejuvenate my appearance. I am trying to figure out what I can do to resolve my now much worse issue with my lower lids. They are sunken and now when I smile I have a big gap between my lower lid and my cheek. I don’t want to make the situation worse. Cheek lift? Fat tsfer?
