Judging from your pictures, you could be a candidate for fat grafting to help add additional volume. Best to have an in person consultation with an eyelid expert.

Honestly, your lower lids look quite good to me. I do understand your concern though. Frequently, patients will have excess lower lid fat, and when removed, we see a bit of a tear trough. This can be filled with fat grafting, or filler. For younger patients I always recommend filler because it works quite well and lasts a very long time in that location. When patients are a bit older and need a lot of volume, I'll recommend fat grafting, but I always tell them that they may still need a little filler to finish the job.

I can't really tell if you could benefit from a cheek/midface lift because your cheeks are cut off from the photos, but I do believe you could benefit from some fat grafting to fill in the hollowing areas "the big gap" that you talked about.

Sorry to hear you're displeased with your result. From the photo it's hard to see any hollowing, but from what you describe a little fat transfer is likely the solution to the gap between your lower lid and cheek. Fat transfer to the tear trough and cheek is a common addition to blepharoplasty procedures for blending the lid-cheek junction. I'd recommend you first discuss these concerns with your surgeon and see what solution they might be able to offer.
