6mth post breast lift with 275cc high profile implant - are they bottoming out? (photo)

I am 6month post breast lift with implant. 275cc high profile. I feel like my new breasts are already sagging & not looking as good as a lift should. Especially on right side.. it feels heavier like its drooping. Is it possibly bottoming out? Would really appreciate your expert advice.

Your breasts don't look bottomed out to me. The skin and muscle naturally will stretch a little because of the implant. Also it's is typical that the implants start out a little high and drop slightly after a few months. You do not have a problem here.

Dear jayde1991,
bottoming out occurs when the implant falls below the current breast crease or inframammary line. It's more likely to happen with inframammary incisions, which is why I try not to use the inframammary approach to any breast surgery.
Bottoming out can also occur if an implant is too large for the breast pocket. That is why it is important to choose an implant size that's correct for your body. I perform numerous measurements in the office to determine optimal implant size for my patient's bodies.
If you are concerned, please check it with your plastic surgeon for reassurance and to further discuss your options and possibility of revision.

You do not appear to be bottoming out but rather just descended.  Your results are acceptable, but it would have been nice to see pre-op and even early post op photos to assess.

In the pictures that you sent it can be clearly seen that you need to have bigger implants to get rid of the saggy look you have at the moment.

Bottoming out occurs when the implant goes south below the crease under the breast. From the photo that doesn't seem to be happening. You might need more tightening of the lower pole with a lift revision. Seek some in person thoughts with your surgeon.
