I am 6month post breast lift with implant. 275cc high profile. I feel like my new breasts are already sagging & not looking as good as a lift should. Especially on right side.. it feels heavier like its drooping. Is it possibly bottoming out? Would really appreciate your expert advice.
Answer: Breast lift Your breasts don't look bottomed out to me. The skin and muscle naturally will stretch a little because of the implant. Also it's is typical that the implants start out a little high and drop slightly after a few months. You do not have a problem here.

Answer: Implants You only posted one view of your breasts, so I cannot be certain. I would suggest returning to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

Answer: Post breast lift augmentation You do not appear to be bottoming out but rather just descended. Your results are acceptable, but it would have been nice to see pre-op and even early post op photos to assess.
