You do have good results although I agree your nipple position is a little low. A lift with implants can be a tricky procedure and a low nipple can be easily corrected; if the nipple is placed too high, it is very hard to correct. Most surgeons err on the side of going lower than higher.Time will not raise the nipple position; however, as the implants settle down the nipples may look more acceptable in the current location. I would suggest you wait at least 4 to 6 months before deciding to proceed with revision.

You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon and find out what the revision policy is as surgery is the only way to get the nipples up higher on your mounds.  Often, this can be done in the office under local to help minimize costs.
