Nipples seem to go to side. Will they return to center after swelling? (photos)

I asked this yesterday but pictures did not post (my fault.) The pics are not great but hopefully help a bit. Lollipop lift with 320 augmentation, was a Saggy D before but with centered nipples. Breasts have not dropped and I know they will. I am more concerned with sideways nipple placement. Trying not to panic. Thoughts??

Thank you for your question and photos.   The photos that you sent, really don't tell us the nipple areolar complex (NAC) positioning on the breast mound, and the relationship to the rest of the chest wall.  So far, (things that we can see), look good.  It is far too early to make any definitive statements about your final outcome.  It usually takes about a year until all the elements settle and scars become stable.  Please follow your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's instructions.  Please let them know of your concerns.  Together you will get through this process, hopefully with an outcome that you like.

Thanks for the pictures. Your result is pretty good. I would not be concern at this point the about the nipples. As best as I can tell the nipples appear to be fairly centered on the breasts.Best wishes.Earl Stephenson Jr MD DDS FACS

It is difficult to see from the photos posted where exactly the nipples are in relation to the breast mound. At this point you have to let things heal.

Based on the limited view of your nipple areola complex on your photograph your nipple areola complex seems appropriately placed.However you are early in recovery and will need probably 6 weeks to 3 months to really evaluate your result.
