To be honest, I do not think that your breasts need much, and I may not even recommend a lift. I think that reducing the areolae may be more reasonable, but an exam would be necessary to make this determination.For the lift, I typically start with the smallest incision and

You are a good candidate for a breast lift based on the shape of your breasts. The areolas could be reduced and the breasts lifted and tightened. A breast lift does involve the creation of scars and this is a trade-off that bears pondering compared to what you have now. That is an aesthetic decision that you have to think about carefully and determine which breast look would give more confidence. (what you have now or better shaped breasts that have fine line scars)

I am going to take a different approach. For young woman before child bearing the thought of putting a lot of scars on the front of your chest does not appeal to me. Consider doing a liposuction only breast reduction. Of course it's a compromise and its not going to give you a tremendous lift although it will give you some as the skin shrinks. if you look at some of the photos on the Internet this type of operation you'll notice that the areola also tends to shrink up. the operation requires very little effort on the patients part and it might just get you through the next few years. just something to think about. This is a common problem and because you have not had children your condition is secondary to you inheriting this condition. The good news is that it sounds like you are a perfect candidate for a breast lift. If your goal is to have a slight reduction in cup size, reduce the size of the areola and to lift your breast into a better position, a breast lift would be the way to go.
