I don't know why and was wondering if I wanted to get them lifted and one is bigger then the other never noticed until recently, but if I got them done and I want it under the muscle how much would it be?

Breast implants placed under the muscle along with a breast lift would produce a nice result. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations and breast lifts each year.
