Thank you for the question and the photo you provided. There is no treatment option to move your breasts closer together. The footprint of your breasts will always be that far apart. However, you can obtain a breast lift to achieve more upper pole fullness and symmetry which may help with your breast appearance. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon, Good luck!
You are an excellent candidate for a new technique calledThe Mini Ultimate Breast LiftTM. Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breasttissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall andmore medial to increase your cleavage. This technique avoids the ugly vertical scars of the traditionaltechniques, maintains nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. The nipples can be reduced to a normal size, which is 42 millimeters. The otheralternative to increase breast size would be fat transfer or smallimplants. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
A circumvertical breast lift can be used to reduce the areolar size, lift the breasts, and create a little more medial fullness.Find a board certifiedplastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast lifts each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
Dear Jessie, Thanks for submitting your picture. From observing your picture, your breasts appear in the B full B range, the left breast has moderate ptosis ( droopiness ) and the right breast has severe ptosis, both areolas are very large. The only solution to achieving beautiful breasts is surgical. The left breast can have a mini lift ( Bennelli, donut ) and the right breast a full lift ( key hole ) . Due to the large areolas, it will not be possible to remove all the excess because of the need to have enough skin for wound closure. In order to achieve symmetry the right breast will have to be reduced unless you want to enlarge the breasts as well and than different size implants can be used. Always, consult with board certified plastic surgeons and check their before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results. Best of luck, Dr Widder
Hello dear, thank you for your question and photos. In your case what you'll need is a breast lift, with it we can treat the ptosis of the breast, both of your areolas to make them smaller and more even and the assimetry (right breast bigger than the left one). I would recommend a breast lift without implants and anchor incision, this way the tubular breast can also be reshaped. Make sure to contact a board certified plastic surgeon for this procedure. Best wishes.
Your request and question is a very common one. There are many, many ways to perform a breast lift. All forms, however, are limited in how they can change where on your chest that your breast sits for the long term. The old anchor style of breast lift uses the skin to replace the breast in a higher position and tends to fall in time. The new mini style lifts can look great in the short term but in time, unless there was a lot of breast tissue in the top half of the breast to begin with, there is not likely to be a lot of breast tissue in the top half in the long term. Looking at your pictures, however, you seem to have a fair amount of breast tissue in the top half. I would expect a great result in your case.Best,Dr. Pyle
Thank you for the question.I don't believe that there's any other solution other than the surgical one in your case. A breast lift with areola reduction is recommended for your case.Dr. Campos
Hi, we can always do a periaerolar reduction, but it is a surgical procedure. It is impossible to fix the shape of your breast without undergoing a surgery, and we suggest a breast lift , at the same time we can do the reduction of the size of your nipples and we could also put a small implant .
Basically, there are NO NON SURGICAL options to correct your breasts issues, Sorry. Best to see IN PERSON a few boarded PSs in your city/state...
you seem to have based on the photos tubular breasts. I would recommend lifting the breasts and at the same time the areolas or dark spots made smaller. Your scars would be at the border of the areolas and down the breast so they take the shape of a lollipop. You could have the breasts made closer to the same size by adding implants to the smaller one, or reducing the larger one at the same time if you want. I know of no non surgical way to correct this.
