Answer: Non-surgical options
You did not include a picture but, based on your description, I would say that there is no non-surgical option for you. It sounds like you need a breast lift procedure which would also reduce the size of your areolae.
The reason we recommend waiting until you reach the age of 18 is because surgery like this will affect you for the rest of your life. Also, there are potential risks that you need to be prepared for. I realize that 18 is a rather arbitrary age, but that is one where we feel the patient has matured physically/mentally/emotionally and is best prepared to undertake the rigors of surgery.

Answer: Concerns about Breast Asymmetry, “Saggy” Breasts, and Large Areola?
I am sorry to hear about the concerns you regarding breast asymmetry, areola size, and breast ptosis. Based on your description, it is possible that you are dealing with a situation called constricted or tuberous breasts. You may find the attached link helpful to you as you do your “research”. Unfortunately, there are no nonsurgical modalities to help you improve the situation.
At some point, you will be best off seeking consultation with board certified plastic surgeons. Ask to see lots of examples of their work; careful selection of your plastic surgeon will be important when it comes to receiving good advice and achieving the outcome you are looking for. Hopefully, you will have the support of your parents as you learn about the options.
Best wishes.

Answer: Any Possible to Fix Without Surgery?
Whether you are 15, 18, or 21, there are no non-surgical techniques to make your breasts more even in volume, to lift the breasts, or to reduce the areolas. Furthermore, you are not likely to get useful advice over the internet. Best option is to consult with a plastic surgeon.
When you are ready for an in person consultation, RealSelf has listings of surgeons in your area. You should consider cross referencing the listings from the The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (plasticsurgery dot org). A listing in the ASPS website assures you that your surgeon is not only board certified, but also is a member in good standing of the major plastic surgery organization in the U. S. Thank you for your question, best wishes.
