What can be done if my belly button is not centered after full tummy tuck?

The umbilicus is not exactly in the center in most people (see reference below) and early post op swelling may distort things. Your own plastic surgeon will advise you as you heal about what is expected in your particular case.

If, in the longer term ( for example one year postoperatively), the position of your umbilicus remains of concern, it will likely be possible to center it surgically. Best wishes.

Hi! Thank you for the question. It is too early in your post-operative period to know what the final outcome is going to be. However, it is a misconception that the umbilicus is in the midline (center of the abdomen). In fact the umbilicus is rarely in the midline. It is usually located lateral to it.
