Is it possible to have referred shoulder pain after an extensive tummy tuck with liposuction?

I had surgery 13 weeks complicated by seroma and 2 areas of incision that are slow to heal. Saw ps yesterday because 1closed area had become reddened. He opened are and said I had small fluid collection. No purulent drainage . Today when I change dressing I have pain,as expected , but also a shooting pain to right shoulder. Is anyone familiar with this?

Thanks for your inquiry.  From the photo provided it appears that you are fit and healthy.  For patients with just a small overhang of skin above the c-section scar and no upper abdominal skin laxity or bulge, a mini tummy tuck usually provides very good results.
