Before having children, I was a very small B cup. I had my first daughter at 22, and my second at 25. When I was breastfeeding my breasts were amazing, everything I could ever want. Unfortunately, that only lasted a few months and I am now the owner of two saggy, stretched out breasts with no upper pole fullness. B cup bras are too tight, but I always have a gigantic gap in the top of C cups. I've never felt especially feminine and my confidence just isn't great. Surgery is something that I've wanted for several years, but we've finally gotten to a place where we can comfortably arrange it. After months of reading and researching, my goal is a full D cup, with upper pole fullness. I met with Dr Holly at her office in Shreveport on Oct 29th. Her staff has been extremely friendly and informative, and especially candid with cost and financing options. The Dr. used the Natrelle 3D scan to create a model of my body, and we were able to see what different size implants look like on my frame. We decided on 560cc high profile silicone implants under the muscle to meet my goals. We also decided to go ahead and do under chin liposuction while i'm under, as I've always had an annoyingly stubborn double chin and round face despite diet and exercise. One of my favorite hobbies is weight lifting, and I was advised to stop doing chest exercises pretty much permanently. She said that my recovery could be tougher than some because my pectorals are thicker than average and I'm hoping they might atrophy some before the surgery. She reassured me that if I have surgery on a Friday that I should be functional enough for work by Monday if I take it easy. Overall it was a very informative appointment, and I didn't feel rushed which is nice. I haven't scheduled yet, but I am planning on calling Monday to ideally schedule for February, possibly sooner. My husband and I are both law enforcement so it takes a bit of finesse to line our schedules up. Here's hoping everything goes well! I'll be uploading pictures later. Updated on 10 Nov 2019: I'll be calling to schedule in about a week once I have a 50% down payment. The rest has to be paid 3 weeks before the surgery, but I'd rather pay a bit every other week than finance. Here's a couple before pics just to show what I'm working with at the moment. I plan on also having a tummy tuck in the future, but I have another 30 lbs or so to lose prior, and I'd like to be at a stable weight for a few months first. I've been trying to lay off of the chest exercises since my consultation and focus more on other parts of my body. I'm really hoping the high profile implants give me the upper pole projection that I'm looking for. Right now if I put on a bathing suit top or a low cut shirt, it leaves everything visible. Super awkward. I'll post my projected "after" from the Natrelle 3D scan if anyone is interested. Updated on 17 Nov 2019: Here's some screencaps of my VECTRA scan created at my consult. They take a 3D image which can be manipulated to give an idea of what different implants look like. I was fitted for 520 and 560 cc, and decided to go with the 560 cc. There's not a lot of difference between the two, but I do like the bit of upper pole fullness the 560 give, and I always hear girls lamenting about not going just a *bit* bigger after their procedure. The Dr had the option to remove the texture (skin overlay from the image) to just see the 3d model, which also gave a good view of the implant without so much distortion. After my consult I was given an email link to a secure site where I can view and manipulate the images freely. They even throw in an option for a weird little bikini top so you can show friends :D Updated on 19 Nov 2019: My surgery is scheduled for February 14th. It's going to be a memorable valentine's day. My goal between now and then is to hit the gym hard while I still can. Itll be at least 6 weeks post OP before I can ease back in. It's been difficult avoiding chest exercises, but I've been figuring it out. Updated on 5 Feb 2020: After some setbacks, my final surgery date is February 28 @ 1 pm. Unfortunately, life gets in the way sometimes, but this is still happening! Dr. Walls office sent a link for a questionnaire on their site today, confirming the stipulations that were in the pre-op paperwork (no nicotine, stimulants, or pain meds other than Tylenol for 1 month prior to surgery), along with confirmation of pre-op labs. I've bought a surgical compression bra online, as I was told one would not be provided.. I thought this was a bit odd, but I can disregard one small thing given the results and reviews this Dr. has earned. Looking forward to getting this done so I can end the anticipation. We've been on the edge of our seats since October! Updated on 2 Mar 2020: My surgery was on February 28th, and everything went great. I was scheduled to arrive at 7:15 am and was brought back to a preheated bed to wait. Dr. Holly drew on my chest and chin ( I also had submental liposuction) and answered any questions I had. She had an excellent bedside manner and really relieved any anxiety that I was feeling. I do vaguely remember two other nurses chatting with me before I went under, and my first conscious memory was being helped back into my hoodie that I brought. There was initally not much pain, just a feeling of intense pressure and stiffness. My husband picked me up outside the building and we were headed home by noon. I'm really not sure how long I was in recovery, it was all a blur. I was given a topical medicine for nausea which I didn't have to use fortunately. The pain didn't set in until we had been on the road for about a half hour. My right pec muscle was spasming where it connected to the shoulder, and it was enough for me to put my phone away for a bit lol. I was told to keep the bandages on for two days while doing basic arm stretches, and to move to a sports bra on the second day and begin compressions. The stretches were very painful and uncomfortable feeling for the first day but have gotten progressively easier. I'm on day 3 now and have regained most of my mobility, but I still can't pick up anything more than a few pounds (my chubby cat is a challenge) and pushing/pulling is extremely tender. I've been taking the norco mostly at night for pain as it's the worst when I get up, and extra strength tylenol thtoughout the day. I was also given anti inflammatories, antibiotics, and sleeping meds. I was told to take vitamin E as well, but it's been a challenge to find it in stores. I may end up ordering from Amazong. I think with all of the fly and corona virus going around people are wiping out the vitamin section. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my surfey and very excited to see how they settle.
Since I was a child I Remember wanting nice big boobs. Even if that meant one day getting a boob job. At the age of 25 I got implants and it was the best decision I've made. I don't regret any of it. Updated on 28 Jul 2019: I had mentor implants put in on May 23rd of 2018. I was deflated, and not porportionate. My dr decided on 455 for my left and 405 for my right. They are both pretty well the same in size now. I had a lift as well as implants otherwise they would have bottomed out and not given me the upper pole fullness I desired.
My experience with Dr. Holly Wall was amazing. She does great work and recommend using her. She is a very caring doctor and super friendly. I feel more confident in my body an can actually wear clothes that I previously could not.
After spending the last seven years losing 150 pounds, I have a large deflated apron stomach. My trunk it seems is just draped in loose skin. When I stand it hangs and when I lay down it puddles around me. I am ready for it to be gone! After two years of maintaining the same weight, I have scheduled my consultation. I have the time and the resources to take the next step in the blessing the Lord has given me. Updated on 30 Aug 2018: I had my consultation with Dr. Holly Casey Wall today. I have scheduled and paid for my surgery in full, and cannot believe that my time has come! Yet, here I sit weary from the long drive, thinking about how fast the next three months will pass. I keep looking at the paperwork, thinking of how the timeline will play out. I am such a planner. May the Lord be with me and my family in every moment of this journey. Updated on 4 Sep 2018: As the reality sinks in, I am amazed that I have scheduled my TT! I browse RS and see the positive posts and then the negative posts and I wince. My heart hurts for the ladies with poor results, knowing how hopeful I am for my own appearance. I must stay positive and keep my faith. Updated on 7 Sep 2018: I am so ready to have these bulging abdominal muscles repaired! They're so uncomfortable. My doctor says I have a completely deflated apron and need no lipo, but need this muscle repair as much as the extra skin gone. After two pregnancies, both ending in c-section, and two ten pound babies, my abdominal muscles were herniated. Updated on 4 Oct 2018: This is pictures of me at 290 lbs. compared to me at 135 lbs. Now that I am working out like crazy I've gained weight and a lot of muscle tone. During my weight loss I lost a lot of muscle mass also. Updated on 16 Oct 2018: I have been working out. Preparing my body for the recovery ahead. It was my intent to make myself stronger for recovery, but I've also managed to document some amazing strides in my physical progression. Updated on 19 Oct 2018: I cannot have any type of steroid before my surgery and I have booked my hotel room. The countdown is getting so real! Updated on 22 Oct 2018: Looking at pics from the gym. I crudely photo shopped my tummy out so I can compare. Amazing the difference such a small change makes in perception. Updated on 29 Oct 2018: My countdown is less than 30 days! I am trying to stay healthy by eating wholesome food, remaining stress free and keeping away from sick people. I am following my PS pre-op instructions to the letter. Jesus keep me healthy and prepare my body for this surgery. Updated on 2 Nov 2018: I am 25 days away from the flat side and my mind is whirling with all the information. All the possibilities. Have I done everything I could to make my health its best? Have I gotten everything in order for my recovery? What do I have left to do to prepare my family for my recovery. I have contacted my doctor's office and spoken with the nurse to ensure that my lab and EKG results will be ready in time for her to submit my medical clearance to my PS. I am in micromanaging mode....no room for error on this journey involving my health and well-being. The Lord be with me. Updated on 9 Nov 2018: I am at my pre-op appointment! Blood work, EKG and medical clearance from my PCP. I am 18 days out from my surgery date. I've become quite emotional about my surgery. Not fearful about it.....just excited and ready to see the new me. Updated on 22 Nov 2018: Unbelievable that I am this close. Only six more days! Updated on 26 Nov 2018: I have been busy getting everything prepared for tomorrow's departure. My house is clean, laundry complete, linen prepped, meals prepped. I need to pack my bag! Updated on 29 Nov 2018: My extended tummy tuck is complete. The initial results are mind blowing to me. My doctor removed six pounds of skin from my abdomen and hips. Very little fat was involved as my apron was deflated, just extremely large. I now have a high and tight mons and a cute belly button! So excited to watch this healing progression. I had Exparel numbing agent and I am so thankful. I have not been nauseous, I did begin drinking plenty of water and Gatorade immediately after the ice chip stage. I was up and walking within a couple hours of being transported to my surgery suite. I got up multiple times overnight to potty. Standing straight is getting better with every walk, but I am not pushing it. Updated on 30 Nov 2018: Here are my mark up photos. Dr. Holly Wall said this is what she would take at a minimum. Updated on 30 Nov 2018: I am amazed at the change in my body. I can't wait to stand upright and see my body without some of this swelling. Updated on 5 Dec 2018: I am finally at the one week post-op mark, it's been a week of ups and downs, but not once has it ever been so much for me that I asked, why did I do this to myself? I had this conversation with my daughter this morning, explaining to her that I need to just look down or look in the mirror for encouragement. My current state of swollen imperfections is better than my pre-surgery body. I have faith that my body will heal properly and I again will be gifted with more than I expected from the Lord. Updated on 6 Dec 2018: It feels so great after a drain is removed! Range of motion is improved the feeling in body relaxes. I only have one drain left in my right groin and it now stays a bit. It is my greatest producing drain I must wait for the output to slowdown. I am not going to rush it however, because the last thing I want is to pull it prematurely and end up aspirating a seroma. A little note worthy find, as the drainage slows, I feel the suction on my abdomen as a constant stinging feeling. I liken it to holding your finger on the end of a straw and sucking against your finger, you can begin to feel the suction on your tissues once there is less fluid to drain. Updated on 9 Dec 2018: I am 11 days post-op and feeling much better. However, I don't have my stamina back by any means, but it is getting better everyday. I look forward to having my last drain removed this week. Updated on 16 Dec 2018: I am extremely happy with the placement and symmetry of my incision line. My PS did a wonderful job contouring my new shape. I am instructed to massage down the tails of my incision to have them lay flat. If the one side doesn't lay flat, I'll simply have it corrected with a minor revision. Otherwise I am feeling good, battling the daily swelling, and the toll it takes on my stamina. I'm maintaining a high protein, low-carb and low-sodium diet to maximize my healing. I'm losing weight on the scale, which I believe is the release of fluid retention. My surgery weigh-in was 147, they removed 6 lbs of skin. On my first post-op appointment I weighed in at 166....today down to 153. It's surprising just how much fluid retention weighs on the scale! BTW...I am already planning and looking forward to having an extended brachioplasty performed next year to complete my body makeover. Updated on 27 Dec 2018: The night before surgery and one month post-op in the same bra and panty set. Can't wait for the next photo shoot for more swelling to subside. Love my results! Updated on 1 Jan 2019: When I woke and prepared to shower I noticed a small hole in my incision line. I could see an internal suture through the hole, there was no pain at the site with minimal evidence of drainage and my temperature was 97.8. I emailed pics to my nurse email and my doctor responded promptly. She informed me to remove the suture for faster healing, clean the site with betadine and use my blow dryer on low heat to dry it. She said this internal suture should have been absorbed by my body by now but it's not. If you look at the pic you can see more....ugh! Updated on 6 Jan 2019: I am still struggling with what I thought were internal sutures; however, I discovered upon removal of the first that it was not a typical suture. What my body is doing is rejecting the dissovable internal staples. As soon as the tissues the staples were holding in place healed and the tension on the staple released, they were no longer needed. So my body began pushing them to the surface to expel them as though they were foreign objects. For some reason, my body did not dissolve the internal staples in the typical amount of time. I have had these staples come out of the incision and begin piercing the skin above and below my incision line. It is a truly uncomfortable experience as the incision pain-free and then suddenly it feels as though it is filled with barbed stickers. I cannot wait for this healing phase to end. Updated on 8 Jan 2019: I taped my incision line on Saturday as directed by my PS to alleviate tension because the skin was compromised by internal dissovable staples that did not dissolve, but came to the surface and expelled. I removed the tape today because I could see evidence of drainage and wanted to clean the site. The pictures give evidence of the amount of healing done at the site between Saturday afternoon and Tuesday morning. Amazing! Updated on 16 Jan 2019: I have been bothered these last few weeks with pain in the pubic area of my incision line and could not figure out why. That is until yesterday. I discovered that I had short pubic hairs running along my incision that were not growing, they were dead hairs with no follicles. I pulled them out with the tweezers and they slid out of their pores, they weren't attached to anything! These hairs have been poking me like little stickers for days now, they were all the same length, probably the depth of my skin from when I shaved prior to surgery. It feels so much better to have these little remnants of my excess skin gone! Updated on 26 Jan 2019: I am now two months post-op and feeling better than ever. My follow up visit went great! We discussed my next surgery plans for a year from now which will be brachioplasty and vertical torso plasty. I am beyond ready to tackle that procedure and look and feel my best! Updated on 29 Jan 2019: I cannot believe the difference in my body after having an extended tummy tuck by Dr. Holly Wall. This has been a life changing experience. Her work is truly art. The staff at the Wall Center are so helpful, I had to send several emails and always received timely responses.
I cannot adequately express how satisfied I have been with The Wall Center. Dr. Holly was so personable and made the entire experience so comfortable. Each member of the staff I interacted with was very friendly and pleasant. I 100% recommend Dr. Holly and The Wall Center
Hi! So I’ve been knowing the day would come one day when I needed to get a lift. I’ve had larger breasts my whole life and have ranged from a small D all the way up to a DD. Right before surgery I was a small D, weighed 129, 5’3 in height. I decided to just go ahead and do it bc they were starting to look sad! And who doesn’t want to wear a cute backless dress or any bikini ever made?! I thoroughly believe I made the right choise, even if I’m typing this on my very first post op day! As far as pain goes— upon waking up, I was in tremendous pain thanks to a drug allergy. I couldn’t the standard medicine used at that time. Then driving home was pretty miserable (especially in a Mustang!!). After the first couple of hours, I felt completely fine! I took the Norco, ibuprofen, & some phenergan. I went to the grocery store (obviously didn’t drive), cleaned up a little, and was thinking this is cake!! But I definitely over did myself bc not to much later I was in so much pain! Especially my right aeriola incision. I changed my dressed due to the amount of blood on the first one (I’m a nurse, so I felt comfortable changing it) trying to help it, NO. I also have to Pinrose drains, which are pretty unpleasant, but not unbearable. My boyfriend took off to help me so I got a sponge bath before I changed my dressing and that made me feel a lot better! My only issue thus far is that one insicion hurting so badly. The Norco 5/325mg, just doesn’t work well for me. I called my close friend who is a pain management doc and he says for any kind of breast aug, muscle relaxers & high dose NAIDS would work great. He also old me some people just don’t get my relief from certain pain meds, and to ask to change it to maybe Percocet. So I’ve left a message with my doc. I’m telling you, this stuff hurts so badly, that I took the Lunesta that was Rx thru my PS and still could sleep more than a few minutes without being in pain. So I’m hoping and praying she can give me something to get relief from this hell! Also, since I did change my dressing, I went ahead and got 2nd day pics (PS wants me to send it to her nurse-standard procedure!) When I did see them though I almost cried!! I was so happy to see them not saggy any longer but was also just thinking “but I wanted way bigger!!” Even though I know they drop and look bigger at just a week! I used Dr Holley Wall in Shreveport, LA. I would highly recommend her. She was so easy going, easy to get along with, very thorough and the whole facility made me feel comfortable. My only issue was that I felt I was rushed out of post op. I was gone after opening my eyes for 5 whole minutes. She gave me a pain med I can have, pulled my IV and told my bf to grab the car! I was in tears just FYI in pain and couldn’t even sit there long enough to have it set in. I understand how staffing works, & I’m sure she needed the bed but it made the whole post op experience way worse than needed. I was already terrified bc I wanted to see everything and make sure it wasn’t like huge or disfigured, things like that! ???? but I have no complaints about the doc and up until that point, the nurse was great too! Bf says I was in post op for 45 min. Even tho I paid to be in there for up to 4 hours, I was still thrown out. I’ve had surgeries before and it wasn’t like that at all! So back to the lift and implants, I ended up getting Inspira Gel Implants (I believe). One side was 360 cc and other was 375 cc, due to my breast being slightly uneven. I’ll post some pictures of my day one posr op now! Disclaimer about pic, there are a bunch of brown steri trips from the blood under the white, so it makes my aeirola look way bigger than it really is!
My experience with doctor Holly Wall has been wonderful ! Her beside manner is caring and was always available to answer any questions I had about my mommy makeover! The whole team at the Wall Center was great .
60 lb weight loss 10 years ago from diet and exercise left loose skin. I am finally mentally and financially ready to take this on. It is not for the weak! You have to have a strong support system behind you. You will needs help with everything for at least a week. (Bathing, preparing food, kids, laundry everything). Updated on 5 Feb 2017: I am still swollen. But I know that is very normal. The hubs and I went on a date night before last. Needless to say, I was exhausted afterwards. I am still not walking 100% upright. But it gets better each day. It's much worse in the morning. The pictures attached were actually taken day before yesterday. I am still in the original compression binder. However, I bought a Maidenform compression garment. I'm going to try that out today. I go back for my two week visit on Tuesday. I had the TT w/ Lipo and a breast lift w/implants. I took off from work for 3 weeks. But I may do one extra week to be safe. I am very pleased with my incisions and my progress. The spots on my left side are from a huge blister and skin breakdown that occurred. Both are healing nicely. Updated on 7 Feb 2017: Went for my 2 week check up today! Nothing but great vibes. She took most of the Steri Strips off my breast incisions. They look great! She also removed the surgical tape off of my abd incision. It looks amazing. Pubic Mound is still swollen from the Lipo. I won't be able to start my scar therapy until 2 more weeks. But I feel fantastic! Updated on 10 Feb 2017: Today marks the 16 day post op. I feel phenomenal. My incisions are looking great. I'm still struggling to walk 100% upright. But I'm pretty much there. I'm very stiff in the morning and at night after I have been sedentary for more than 20 minutes. I'm sleeping in my bed instead of the recliner every night. However, I can only sleep on my back because it is challenging to turn on my side. The hubs and I are being intimate. But, woman on top is the best position because I can control the rate and movements that are most comfortable for me. He's a man, so he's happy with whatever he can get at this point. I'm ready to get back to work. That happens on the 20th. I'm excited with my progress so far. I have started using my scar cream (Siligan) on the areas that have no scabs. Updated on 16 Feb 2017: Yesterday marked three weeks since my surgery. I am finally walking upright all the way. Sleeping all night in my own bed instead of the recliner. My TT scar looks great. I am still very swollen in the Lipo areas (hips, back, axillary). My skin hurts on my tummy. It's very sensitive. But I'm sure thats normal. I only have one little scab left and it's on my left nipple at the bottom. My left nipple is red, but it doesn't hurt and is not open or seeping, so I'm not worried. I go back to work on Monday. I am a little anxious about that and expect to be tired and swollen at the end of the day. I'll update on Monday. Updated on 22 Feb 2017: Monday was my first day back to work. It went great. I started working out today. I work out at Planet Fitness which has a 30 minute circuit workout. I used the lightest weights possible. I feel pretty good. I'm very ready to get this weight off that I gained while being off. Updated on 23 Feb 2017: Yesterday was the 4 week mark. Still healing great except for the one spot on my left nipple. They had to put a stitch at the top and bottom of the wound to keep it from coming open. I go back on the 1st of March for her to look at it again. In this pic my breasts look uneven. But it's because my right arm is lifted to take the picture. Updated on 24 Feb 2017: Updated on 7 Mar 2017: I went last week for a 5 week check up. I am officially out of my Spanx!! I am back on my Estrogen and craving anything sweet. Which is totally not like me. Gotta figure that out. I don't have to go back until April 6. They will do my before and after photos then. Updated on 27 Apr 2017: It's been three months. I am still very pleased with the results. I feel like a new woman and have more confidence than I have had my entire life! My right breast is still a little high. But I am wearing a strap every day to try to force it to settle. She said my scars are like that of a surgical patient that is 1 year out. So that is promising. Updated on 16 May 2017:
I've been wishing I had larger breasts since I was in high school. I'm an A cup but have been wearing a B cup of the maximum pushup bras from Aerie for years to make it look like I had a little bit of something! I never thought I'd do it this early in life but I'm so excited that I have! My Husband and I went to 2 consultations and the 2nd surgeon I saw made me feel so comfortable. I was able to have Vector Imaging done in her office and we played around with different implants and sizes until we narrowed it down to 2 different sizes of the Natrelle Inspira Style SRM implant. This imaging was extremely helpful! I definitely recommend going to a surgeon that provides this option!! I'm a nurse as well as a personal trainer on the side. I was definitely terrified and nervous as heck going into this! It was so different being the patient instead of the nurse. Ya'll, I was nervous about getting an IV.... Something I've done to my patients hundreds of times... The staff at the surgery center were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable. The nurse had the Bair Hugger on the stretcher warmed up for me before I got into bed.. used lidocaine to numb the area before she started my IV.. talked to me about Christmas plans and other non-surgical topics to keep my mind off of the surgery.. and allowed my husband to stay in the preop room and hold my hand through everything! It's those little things that make people feel so relaxed and stress free. The CRNA came in the preop room just before they rolled me back to surgery and told me what medicine he was going to give me and what to expect throughout the entire process. As he was wrapping up, he pushed some Versed and I was off! I don't recall anything that made me uncomfortable at all. I remember seeing my preop photos up on a huge screen in the OR room, a nurse putting TED hose on my legs, and the amazing CRNA giving me oxygen then later telling me to take deep breaths in! Next thing I know, I'm opening my eyes, a nurse is smiling at me, and I slur my words while I'm asking her where my husband is. She told me where I was and that surgery went extremely well, then left to grab him. Before she took my IV out she made sure that I wasn't hurting anywhere and that I was nauseated. We had a 3.5 hour drive home so she gave me some demerol and gel Phenergan before taking out my IV and helping me into the wheelchair. The drive was great! I had saltines, sprite, tylenol, Norco, water, and a plastic mini trashcan just in case! I never got sick and I'm feeling great over all. I feel like I killed a chest day at the gym for like 5 hours! I'll update y'all as my recovery progresses. Updated on 24 Dec 2016: Still feeling great! Breasts are riding very high right now as expected. My surgeon called to check in and make sure I was feeling ok. Really appreciate that! Husband has been an amazing help :) Not really having much pain right now. Keeping ice on them and taking all my medications as prescribed. I am taking the PRN Norco as well just so I don't start hurting in the middle of the night. Updated on 26 Dec 2016: First day postop was the toughest. I was pretty sore yesterday but feeling quite a bit better and more mobile already! Bandages off for Christmas! Still riding very high as expected. Very tight but still so excited! Updated on 27 Dec 2016: Feeling a lot better today. Right breast is much softer! Left is coming along not too far behind =) Updated on 27 Dec 2016: These are some of the wish photos my husband and I showed my plastic surgeon! Updated on 7 Jan 2017: Sorry for not posting in a while! These pics were taken on POD 6. I had returned to work two days before these were taken. Feeling pretty great here! Updated on 8 Jan 2017: Loving my new boobies! I'm back to doing a lot of my normal activities at this point. Still not lifting anything heavy in the gym however. My husband is really enjoying them as well. It's weird how much we talk about them haha. Had my follow up on Thursday. Everything is going great! External suture knot is cut and steri strips are off. Can't wait for the scabs to fall off so I can start putting scar cream on. They're feeling MUCH softer and even jiggle a bit now which is so fun ???????? Updated on 28 Jan 2017: It's been a month =) this time has seriously flown by. I could not be any happier with my progress at this point. They are starting to drop and fall into place every nicely. I've been back at the gym for about 1.5weeks. I don't do much upper body yet and no running or jumping. I'm able to do everything else normally now which is great. Scars are healing nicely. I forgot to take Vitamin E for about a week which was silly of me so that hindered my healing just a bit but overall it's still going well. They're feeling very soft now and I can move them around in the pocket without any pain. I'm also able to comfortably sleep on my side and put some pressure laying on my stomach again. Can't wait for it to be warm outside again so I can wear something else besides sweaters!! Updated on 3 Apr 2017: Everything is great! Scars are starting to fade (My skin holds onto scars for quite a while) and my breasts are very soft and even naturally bouncy now! Love having options of wearing or not wearing a bra! Just bought my first bras about 2.5 weeks ago. I bought 34 C bras from Soma. Definitely fill out this cup size and could get away with a D if necessary. Updated on 28 Apr 2017:
Finally did it , after years of wanting my pre mom breast back. I had 1 consult and then surgery today. So far so good! We went and shopped after I came home and took an hour nap. I am resting again but still not in much pain just tender and tight. Can't wait to see results. This site helped me so much before surgery so I figured maybe my story and pics might help someone. Updated on 3 Sep 2016: Slept pretty well on couch last night. Very swollen and feels tight, but is tolerable with meds. Dr. Holly called to check on me last night???? and I sent pics of nipples to nurse today Updated on 4 Sep 2016: Day 1 I did get sick s couple times. So Dr called in anti nausea med which seem to be doing the trick. I still have not wTen a lot for fear it may come up. I have stopped pAin pills since they didn't stay down anyway. I am now just taking Tylenol and stretching and feel pretty good. Slept well on night 2. Took off tape and only a little skin went with it ???? I took a shower and now am in bra Dr provided and it's very comfortable Updated on 6 Sep 2016: Felt pretty good, still a little nauseous but nothing too terrible. I have stopped all pain meds and only took Tylenol once today. Could feel tightness build in chest as day went on but just stretched. Made it through with no issues and took both kids to practice even got a 20 min walk in so all in all I would say a Good Day 4 days post op. Updated on 2 Dec 2016: Feeling good about results finally!
I am able to see the pictures and that is really helpful. It would take several successive breast enlargements to stretch your skin to that degree of droop. I would think long and hard before you attempt to go down that road. I believe an augmentation with implants that are appropriate for your breast dimensions is in your best interest.Best wishes!
Thank you for the pictures. It is always smart and helpful to bring pictures of what your goal look is to your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon during consultation. I am a believer in the short-scar breast lift in the appropriate patient. I think you will be a good candidate. What I am not sure of is whether the patients in the pictures of the goal you would like to achieve have implants or not. If they do not have implants, they may have started out before surgery with more volume than you have preoperatively. A thorough conversation with your plastic surgeon will help you determine if your goals are realistic.
Thanks for your pictures. I believe you absolutely need a lift. Although your nipples are pointing outward (not down), your breasts are too low on your chest. If you simply put implants in your breasts where they are now, they will just be bigger, but LOWER. Do the right procedure at the outset. To try and avoid a lift right now will only bring you back to the OR in the very near future for a more difficult case to lift them after your tissue has stretched even more.Best wishes!
I agree with you, Mentor implants are FDA-approved in the United States. Additionally, you can purchase an extended warranty for your gel implants that will give you assurance that Mentor will help you if you should have any issues within 10 years. If you were to have a problem with Eurosilicone while living in the States, you would have no recourse.Best wishes!
Based on your photos, you would need a full TT to achieve full treatment of your muscle repair and skin tightening. You would probably also benefit from liposuction at the same time. Tim Papadopoulos is an excellent Board Certified plastic surgeon in Sydney. I am familiar with his work and believe you would have an excellent result.Best wishes!
