I understand this is done normally with a tummy tuck but can it be done with a 360 lipo? I've been getting consultations and this didn't sound right. Or how about being charged separately for a tummy tuck and a muscle repair? I don't want to be ripped off. This is a lifestyle change that I would like to make and will consider for a second round with the same surgeon if I'm not ripped off. :)

Answer: Can muscle repair be done with lipo? You would need to be examined to determine the severity of the separation. A diastasis repair with liposuction can be performed at one surgery. The repair can be performed through a smaller incision than a TT. You can have a TT without muscle repair.

Answer: Muscle tightening Dear Humorous958147, liposuction is used for fat removal and body contouring and mucle tightening is not a part of it. Muscle plication is part of tummy tuck and you shouldn't be charged separately. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
