What treatments are available for this? Could this be solved with lipo? Would like to to look bigger when not erect. Seems the mound is fatty and a lot of extra penis tissue when I push down on the mound. When erect it's 6.3 inches, I'm fine with that I just can't stand it being flaccid. I was wondering since there seems to be a lot of fat on the pubic mound if liposuction would help? I've recently lost 50 lbs and have 30 more to go! I'm now down to 200. I'm 37 years old.
