It has been a practice for number of years to reduce volume of mons pubis in order to visually and functionally elongate penis. In your case, aggressive  liposuction of the area would definitely create significant improvement. However, whether liposuction alone or in combination with skin excision would be most beneficial can be assessed only on the basis of in person consultation. Good luck.

With the weight loss comes skin laxity, which will get more significant with more weight loss. What you are doing now mimics liposuction in a way since you are losing fat by losing weight. The skin will most likely have to be excised once you are done with weight loss and the weight is stable.

Thus area most likely represents significant amount of skin laxity more so than excess fat. Because skin laxity contributes greatly to shape and contour in this area having Liposuction without skin excision will lead to fairly limited results.The combination of a skin excision with Liposuction may be helpful.Another procedure is cutting the suspensory ligament which will drop your flaccid penis creating the illusion that it’s longer.  this procedure also causes a lack of stability in an erect state and is not a procedure I personally recommend.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

what is great about Smartlipo is that i can do this in my office under local anesthesia with just oral sedation.
