Im concerned that even after breast augmentation my breasts are going to face opposite directions with my nipples being very far apart to the left and right. Also worried that I will have a nipple very high up and to much breast volume underneath almost like a bottoming out look because off the way my anatomy is already. This is a picture of my breasts at their largest while breastfeeding, the other 5 months after weaning. Will a 475c ultra high profile implant work or do i need a lift?

Answer: BA or breast lift Dear Faith2fly, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breasts I suspect you will do well with just an enlargement, but measurements are needed to be sure. I suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured, and examined, and trying of the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue.
