Areola reduction is a part of any breast lift. If you have specific goals in mind, like the second photo you shared, I would absolutely suggest bringing those to preoperative consultation. While there are limits to how small the areola can be made, and the expectation is that the areola will spread a bit after surgery, it is important to communicate your explicit goals with your surgeon.

Your areolae can be reduced and your breasts can be lifted. However, the second photo you posted is not realistic for you, especially if you would like to breast feed one day.

From the posted photo it appears you may be a candidate for a vertical or "lollipop" lift. This would also reduce the size of the areola. It is important when downsizing the areola to keep in mind that blood supply must be adequately maintained in order to keep the tissue alive, so there is a limit to how far they can be reduced.
