My boobs have changed so much after kids. My question is is it worth it to get it? I just want an areola reduction only, but have heard of stories saying they stretched out again after. I do not want to do the surgery if that’s the case. Doctors have recommended a donut lift. What’s the difference between permanent & dissolving stitches? I’ve heard it you get dissolving stitches they need to make areola a smaller because of stretching.

Dear george1231,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like donut incision could be an option. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more...
From your photos you do not have tuberous breasts, just relatively large areola. The areolar size can be reduced by a peri-areolar lift.
For an example of tuberous breasts corrected by implants and peri-areolar lift, please follow the link below.

We treat many of these areolar scars that need revision. You have several options; start with Sequel Scar Defense to help reduce any residual scarring. Surgical scar revision and laser therapy for your scars are always good options that can improve your longterm results.
